Landscape Maintenance Services

Spring Cleanup-lawn power raked, edged, & mowed. Removal of all leaves & debris of maintained areas. Beds edged &cultivated. 

Aeration-lawn core aerated to open up soil for better fertilization, water & air intake & to promote healthy root growth. 

Lawn Service-weekly mow & trim lawn, edge sidewalks, patios & driveways, cleanup all paved areas. 

Lawn Fertilizer Programs-five applications annually of seasonal fertilizer & weed control, insect control when needed. 

Garden Beds-all shrubs, trees (under 15’), evergreens, and perennials fertilized three times  per year. All beds weeded, edged, and cultivated weekly, biweekly, or monthly. 

Pruning/Trimming –all hedges, shrubs, evergreens, trees (under 15’) along with groundcover & perennials are maintained throughout the year to keep desired size, shape &form using consistent horticultural practices and taking into consideration the blooming times for certain trees and ornamentals. 

Mulch/Topsoil/Compost-added to trees and garden beds as needed for aesthetic and practical purposes. 

Tree/Stump removal-Completely cut down large trees. Trimming & pruning of trees over 15’. Chipper service and stump grinding available. 

Fall Cleanup-Cleanup leaves & debris of maintained areas. Final edge, trim, and mowing of lawn.

Seeding-done as needed to renovate lawns or to start a new lawn.
